Getting Healthy
If you've read my story, then you know that my physical health has suffered greatly in the last years with my depression - particularly my weight. This is the journal of my journey back to physical health - and is dedicated to all of my buddies in the on-line NutriSystem world who are traveling with me.

Read your blog for the first time today and must tell you that, yes, you have a beautiful face now the dreaded BUT word) BUT you are so beautiful on the inside that it just shines through. I am a "newbie" on NS and totter around week to week. Reading your blog and the BB are inspiring!
